Our Brocco building in Sheffield offers a range of student accommodation conveniently located for campus. Both the University of Sheffield, and Sheffield Hallam University, are within a 16-minute walk, and the city centre is also within walking distance.

The site offers en suite rooms and self-contained apartments with useful amenities including a small supermarket nearby. Residents in rooms have the use of a kitchen and living area, shared with their flatmates.

Brocco also offers a variety of social and study spaces including a games room and lounge. You'll also have full use of the amenities at iQ Fenton House, including a gym, climbing wall, cinema and games room.

Regular social events also take place on site which are a great way to get to know your fellow residents.
