Our newly renovated en-suite accommodation is split into apartments with 5 bedrooms. Each flat has a cosy shared kitchen, perfect for rustling up some delicious meals! Kitchens are equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, brand new in 2021. You’ll receive a cooker, microwave and kettle, as well as laundry facilities, are on-site so you can’t avoid your chores!

Afterwards, allow yourself to sink into your comfy 3/4 bed after a long day at university and stream some Netflix on the superfast Wi-Fi for a chill movie night. Need to focus on your uni studies? Each room comes with a brand new study desk and plenty of space for your uni books.

One thing we love most about Dean House is the relaxing courtyard area outside - it’s basically like your own communal back garden! Featuring four picnic-style benches, this area is great for socialising with your pals and other flats!

Your morning commute will be super easy as it’s within walking distance from the main Goldsmith’s campus – what a bonus! It’s situated between New Cross & New Cross Gate, which will take you just a short 5-minute walk to reach. With these easy transport links on your doorstep, you can explore central London and surrounding areas with ease!

Popular museums and theatres are just a short drive away from Dean House, so you’ll never find yourself twiddling your thumbs on a weekend. The edgy, bohemian vibe of New Cross is perfect for students with Insta-worthy cafés and stylish bars. There’s also lots of useful amenities right on your doorstep, such as shops, restaurants, takeaways and bars! What more could you want?
