If students sign up for a full-year or academic-year lease, they can secure a comfortable and supportive environment. They can also receive a gift card valued up to $500 for a limited time. On the other hand, if they sign up for a half-year lease, they will receive a $250* gift card. However, the offer is subject to terms and conditions.

*Gift Card Offer Terms & Conditions:

1. You must be classified as a new eligible resident at UniLodge Herston.
2. The offer is valid for all new applications and deposits received from 12/02/2024 and 31/03/2024 or until allocation is exhausted.
3. Lease must commence before or on 31/03/2024.
4. Contracts must be a minimum of a full year or academic year lease term to be eligible to receive the $500 gift card.
5. Contracts must be a minimum of half-year lease term to be eligible to receive the $250 gift card.
6. For full-year and half-year lease terms the gift card will be provided to eligible residents in two separate amounts. The first half of the total amount will be provided to the resident at the commencement of the contract within the first 6 weeks. The second and final amount will be provided within the final 6 weeks of the lease contract.
7. For academic year lease terms the gift card will be provided to eligible residents within the final 6 weeks of the lease contract.
8. If a resident breaks lease prior to the contract expiry date, they may be required to pay back the gift card amount in full prior to departure.
9. The gift voucher supplier will be Gift Pay and the gift voucher will be supplied to the resident via the email address provided on their lease. Terms and conditions that are stated by 9. Gift Pay on their website will be adhered to; visit giftpay.com.au for further information.
10. All new bookings must have paid their advance rent of 2 weeks to secure their booking as outlined in the letter of offer by the date specified in it. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer.
11. This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
12. This offer is valid at UniLodge Herston and is not available at any other UniLodge property in Australia or New Zealand.
13. This offer is not valid with bookings that have already been deposited/received/accepted.

Single Loft Deluxe rooms in Lady Lamington are designed for one occupant. Each room is equipped with all the amenities required for comfortable living: a King Single Bed frame and mattress, a wardrobe and a study desk and chair.

Single Loft Deluxe rooms are secure with a mounted fan and are full of light with access to a balcony area. Residents can also enjoy being in close proximity to the University of Queensland, research institutes and all major public transport links.
