Group booking cash back offer via Agents and Partners
1.          To be eligible for the offer the tenants must book as a group of 4 - 10 students.
2.          Cashback offers are; £100 each when booking as a group of 4, £125 each when booking as a group of 5 and £150 each when booking as a group of 6-10.
3.          To claim the cashback offer, bookings must be confirmed and all required payments must be received.
4.          Students must book as a group at the same time (on the same day) all at the same property.
5.          One person from the group MUST complete our incentive form within 7 days of the group booking at true. The form can be found here; https://truestudent.typeform.com/to/sfyFSAyW  If this is not done, then sadly the incentive cannot be applied. If this is not done within the timeframe and if the student doesn't receive written confirmation of the offer being accepted, then true Student is not able to add it on as a booking offer at a later stage. Please note, no amendments to the group can be made once submitted.
6.          To qualify for the incentive the new booking must be 44 weeks or longer.
7.          This offer is valid for group bookings made for the 2024/25 academic year at true Liverpool, true Swansea, true Birmingham and true Leicester.
8.          Valid ONLY on true Apartment, true Accessible Apartment and true Superior Apartment room types and Studio room types only in true Swansea.
9.          Should a booking be cancelled, then the offer will be deemed null and void.
10.       true student reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion at any time.
11.       This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
12.       All eligible students will be contacted once checked in to their room. They will be sent forms to complete by a deadline date noted in the email communication. In order to get the offer, students must return the completed form before the deadline, if the deadline is missed, they will no longer be eligible for the offer. If the form is completed correctly, we will aim to process the awards in October 2024. Our sky studios at true Birmingham are located on the 9th and 10th floors, providing a calm oasis above the busy city. These studios are between 19-21sqm big, and contain a luxury ensuite bedroom and kitchenette.
