• Annual Fee (Activities,Facilities,Damages) of $160 per year

Our 4 Bedroom Accessible apartments are designed with easy living in mind. The units are disability friendly for easy access and convenience. The small units are great for students who are looking to share with a group of friends or for anyone who is looking to make new friends!

Our 4 Bedroom Share Apartment is located on the ground floor and feature:

• accessible lounge area  
• 2 seater sofas and a coffee table
• accessible bathroom/toilet with railings
• King Single Bed in each bedroom
• Study desk with chair and lamp in each bedroom
• Wardrobe in each bedroom
• Kitchenette with kettle, microwave and bar fridge
• Air-conditioner and fan in lounge area AND each bedroom
• Wi-Fi access throughout
• Individual electronic fob access to each bedrooms 

All of our rates are inclusive of unlimited Wi-Fi, all utility costs, 3 meals per day available at the dining hall, Weekly cleaning of communal areas and fortnightly bedroom cleans.
