3 Bedroom Apartment

The following fees are applicable upon a successful booking application for 2023 (*All fees are subject to change for 2023): 

• Application Fee $55 
• Administration Fee of $350
• Annual Fee (Activities,Facilities,Damages) of $160 per year
• 4 Weeks rent paid upfront  

Our 3 Bedroom apartments are designed with easy living in mind. The small units are great for students who are looking to share with a group of friends or for anyone who is looking to make new friends! 
Our 3 Bedroom Share Apartment features: 

• 2 seater sofas and a coffee table
• 1 x showers and 1 x toilet
• King Single Bed in each bedroom 
• Study desk with chair and lamp in each bedroom
• Wardrobe in each bedroom
• Kitchenette with kettle, microwave and bar fridge 
• Air-conditioner and fan in lounge area AND each bedroom
• Wi-Fi access throughout 
• Individual electronic fob access to each bedrooms  

**Please note, semester One contracts are only available to Study Abroad and Exchange Students, or those who are completing a course mid year. Trimester contracts are only offered to those students whose course is on trimester periods. Single trimester contracts are only available to Study Abroad and Exchange Students, or those who are completing a course mid year. Proof of enrolment will be requested, if you have this at this time please upload with your application. 2023 Applications can still be made should you still be awaiting your confirmation of enrolment, but you will need to provide this once you receive it.
Once we receive your application, we will send you a letter of offer with your confirmed booking and check in date. Please note, our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and offers are only made during these times. *Please submit one application per person only - for one location only, please contact us should you need to make any changes once your application is submitted. 
If you have already submitted an application for one of our properties within Unilodge JCU Halls of Residence (Burralga Yumba, George Roberts Hall or Rotary International House);
