Our comfortable and spacious home is in a very convenient location just over two miles west of Manchester City Centre and is the perfect base for experiencing all that the city of Manchester has to offer. It is ideal for up to seven guests.

The house boasts three double bedrooms featuring comfortable beds for you to have a rest. There is a wardrobes and chest of drawers. Perfect for up to 7 guests!

Modern Bathroom:
There is a bathroom with a walk in shower with excellent water pressure. The bathroom is stocked with all essential toiletries. Towels are provided. There is an extra bathroom with a toilet and a sink.

Sociable Living Area:
The house has a comfortable open plan living room/dining room/ kitchen which is perfect for kicking back in and relaxing on the sofas watching your favourite shows on the large Smart TV or play games.

Equipped Kitchen and a Dining Room:
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare dinner with your friends and family which can be enjoyed in the dining room. There is a back door leading into a small yard.

Stay Connected:
The fast 50Mbps WiFi in the house is ideal for streaming your favourite films or if you need to do business from the house.

Parking:
There is free parking on-street but it is subject to availability. We cannot guarantee the availability but there are usually plenty of spaces.

The house is great even for longer stays as iron and ironing board and kitchen equipment are all available and full laundry facilities can be used.

Guest access:
The entire house is exclusively for your use, there are no areas off limits – kick back and make yourself at home! It has two floors. We also have a 24 hour concierge service so you can contact us at any time so we can ensure your stay is perfect.

Other details to note:
Like in every property and whilst we do our upmost to ensure your stay is worry free, sometimes we may need to attend the property to resolve an issue. In order to be able to address any problem you may encounter in a timely manner, we reserve the right to access the property in order to attend the issue. We will of course always liaise with you to arrange a suitable time.
