The Asquith House & Austin Hall Student campus provides the perfect setting for students to relax, unwind and make new friends; especially whilst studying at one of our local universities. Whether you like to congregate in the communal areas to socialise or prefer some peace and quiet, there's something for everyone.

Asquith House & Austin Hall is a purpose-built Student Accommodation comprising over 300 student bedrooms spread over 7 levels, including cluster rooms and studio apartments. Our cluster rooms feature en-suite bathrooms and are arranged in apartments of 4, 5 or 6 bedrooms, each sharing a communal area complete with kitchen, dining/living area and flat screen TVs for social gatherings.

Our campus is situated on Servia Road, which is only a few minutes' walk from the University of Leeds, Leeds Beckett University and Leeds College of Art, and only a 15-minute walk from the city centre!

Holding fees is £100, that is non-refundable by Operator's terms.
