Herston is an affordable purpose-built student accommodation community created within the refurbished towers of the heritage-listed Lady Lamington Building and located within the Herston Quarter Redevelopment, just 3.5 km from the Brisbane CBD. Situated in a central inner-city suburb, UniLodge Herston is 1km to QUT’s Kelvin Grove campus, and a short 1.5 km walk to Brisbane’s nightlife mecca, The Valley. This accommodation is directly adjacent to the University of Queensland (UQ) Herston Campus (including the faculty of Medicine, Dentistry, and Public Health), and is well serviced by major road networks, with the Herston bus interchange also directly across the road.

The Lady Lamington Towers is a century-old state-listed heritage building that has been adaptively reused from its original purpose as nurses accommodation and refurbished for contemporary student accommodation.
