Book your accommodation in the UK or Ireland for the 2021/22 academic year between 10th March 2021 and 30th April 2021 and you can claim £70 or €80 from us when you move in*. That’s on top of our £50 credit** contents insurance offer with GetSafe for UK bookings.

Claim your reward

STEP 1 Make a booking for 2021/22 between the 10th March 2021 and the 30th April 2021. If you book in a group, each of you will need to make a separate booking with a reference to your group. You will all be eligible for the offer.

STEP 2 Claim your cash. Forward your booking confirmation email to support@housemates.io. Please include “SPRING CASH OFFER” in your email subject and include your mobile number.

STEP 3 Move in and receive your cash. This will be paid to your bank account within 30 days of you moving into your accommodation. We’ll contact you separately to collect your preferred bank account details.

Eligibility

• Bookings must be made between 00:01 (GMT) on the 10th March 2021 and 23:59 (GMT) on the 30th April 2021
• You must make your claim by email before 1st June 2021
• You must move in to the accommodation you have booked. If you cancel your booking or do not move in, you will not be eligible for the spring cash offer.
• Cash shall be paid by way of bank transfer. Participants must have a valid bank account registered in the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Republic of Ireland in order to receive the payment.
• Cash shall be awarded to participants based on the local currency of the country where their chosen accommodation is based. For example, if a student books accommodation in Ireland, they will receive the payment in EUR. If a student books accommodation in the UK, they will receive payment in GBP.

• Each eligible UK booking will receive a £70 payment 
• Each eligible Ireland booking will receive an €80 payment
