How it works

1. Get a member of your group to book their room, they will be referred to as the "lead booker"

2. We’ll send the lead booker a form to add the details of your group so we know you’re together - we need all group members details in order to process the vouchers.

3. The rest of your group can then go ahead and book their rooms.

4. Once you’ve moved in, send us some proof that you've actually moved in - we'll confirm this with the accommodation provider too

5. We'll send you your £25 voucher!

Terms and Conditions for Group Incentive:

  1. To qualify for the group incentive, a member of the group must first book their room.
  2. Once the initial booking is made, the group leader will be sent a form to provide the details of the rest of the group.
  3. The remaining members of the group must then book their rooms within 48 hours of the initial booking.
  4. Once all group members have checked in and provided evidence of this, they will receive a £25 Deliveroo or Amazon voucher.
  5. The group incentive is valid for groups of at least 3 people.
  6. Only one voucher per person in eligible groups will be issued
  7. All details must be provided on the post-booking claim form, you must also specify what type of voucher you'd prefer
  8. The voucher will be issued following all members of the group moving in and providing evidence of this
  9. If some members of the original group do not move into the property, as long as the group remains 3 or larger. The adjusted voucher amount will be issued.
  10. All members of the group must book the same property to be eligible for the voucher
  11. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  12. The offer is valid while supplies last.
  13. The hotel reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time without notice.
  14. Valid for groups of 3 or more after the 16th January 2023
  15. Expiry date for this offer is the 31st May 2023, bookings after that will not be eligible for the incentive
