How much do affiliates get paid for successful bookings?
At Housemates, we pay affiliates £40.00 (converted to their native currency) for every student they send to book accommodation with us successfully.

What do Housemates provide affiliates with?
Affiliate link
We provide all affiliates with their own branded link, which is shareable across all communication channels, i.e. SMS, WhatsApp, Email and Social Media platforms. This link tracks when someone signs up to Housemates and when they book.
Affiliate portal
All affiliates gain access to an affiliate portal that shows all information regarding the students who have used their affiliate link, those that have gone on to book with Housemates and what affiliate commission they are own.
When do Housemates pay an affiliate?
Depending on the property a student books determines whether we pay affiliates either quarterly and yearly. Inside your affiliate portal, you will see the balance we owe you for your traffic.
How do Housemates track student traffic?
Inside your affiliate portal, you will be able to see all the student traffic in the last 90 days that you have sent to us via your branded link and what we at Housemates owe you for those bookings.
